Spend JLT to Withdraw EATs
Withdrawing from a reference pool is the opposite mechanism of depositing. A user specifies how many EATs they would like to withdraw and then spend a commensurate amount of JLT.
By default, when a user withdraws EATs from a reference pool, they will withdraw the EATs with the oldest vintage.
A user can also withdraw specific EATs from a reference pool for an added fee. This may be useful if a user is interested in EATs with specific attributes or from a specific generator facility.
